Persons with Disability (Amendment) Bill, 2020 — strengthened inclusivity and rights for people with disabilities.

County Government (Amendment) Bill, 2018 — improved how county governments operate, bringing better services to local populations including youth in Kericho.

He was also instrumental in successfully enacting the Tea Bill, modernising regulation of one of Kenya’s most important agricultural sectors and securing better terms for tea farmers — a key economic base in Kericho.
